Mike's Food Lab Has New Content

To my ever growing food blog, I have added "Pork" as a new category, which I have begun to populate with hits from the Food Lab.


To start with, you must try these wonderful breakfast sausage patties. They are easy to make and absolutely mouthwatering.


If you have the equipment, and the desire, you can use this recipe to make traditional breakfast sausage, using casings of approximately 14mm. Otherwise, you can keep it easy and simply make patties.

Mike's Breakfast Sausage Patties

These awesome patties don't have to be confined to breakfast. You can use them to make mini burgers that you can serve for a lunch or as an avant-garde appetizer. I will soon be adding this recipe to my blog. However, the general details are depicted below, if you want to make them now.




For the foodies out there who love a challenge and are ready to let their creativity soar, make a pork roll your next culinary accomplishment. You can stuff the roll with whatever your imagination conceives. Let yourself experiment with the many possibilities.
